visited over the last 20 plus years. The Guide ratings are either current or, to the best of our
knowledge, were the ratings given at the time of the best visit.
The fine-dining-guide.com rating system is derived as follows:-
Mark out of 12 for food, mark out of 10 for service, mark out of 7 for setting, mark out of 7 for
Sommelier, mark out of 4 for atmosphere. The result out of 40 is divided by two.
